If you have been looking for a solution to your desire to have a vegetable patch but don’t have enough garden space then planter boxes are the solution for you. This way you can have the best of both worlds –space and the beloved vegetable patch.

Check out Pastor Garth's Pea Patch planted within a box in his backyard. Before long he'll have snow peas, snap peas and sweet peas.

While you may not be able to believe it human trafficking is the second largest global organized crime today, generating approximately US 31.6 billion each year and tragically, only 1-2 percent of victims are rescued, and only 1 in 100,000 Europeans involved in trafficking are convicted. Awareness of the problem is the step to the solution.

Even though human trafficking is not a prominent problem in our country we can still participate the cause to end human trafficking. You can partner in the cause by praying for the victims of human trafficking as well as to see the end of trafficking rings.

Girlfriends Tip of the Week:

Following on from our last Girlfriends event "Wrap Cook Give", please find this delicious recipe to try:-

Christmas log:

250g Butternut snap biscuits
60g Butter
1 cup sultanas
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 tablespoon apple juice
Coconut

Method:
Crush or food process the biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs.
Melt the butter and combine well with the crumbs
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Roll in coconut to make a long roll
Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill
Then slice to serve
