Senior Pastors.

Phil and Lenore Camden are the Senior Pastors of Church180 with over 26 years experience in Christian ministry and church leadership. Phil and Lenore have been married for over 30 years. Phil is focused on establishing and strengthening the local church so that it can become all that God intended. Phil is renowned for ministering the Word of God in a way that is God-breathed and relevant, bringing you revelation from God in a way that will build a platform for God’s best in all areas of your life.

In addition to his role as Senior Minister, Phil is currently serving the ACC (Australian Christian Churches) as District Leader of the Hunter and New England districts and as a member of the ACC NSW State Executive. Phil recently joined as a board member for TC180, a men’s rehabilitation ministry. Phil also heads up B.I.G. a Business Integrity and Governance conference that yearly impacts Government and Business leaders in DR Congo and Nigeria.

Lenore loves the women of our church and her role in leading alongside her husband.

Assistant Pastors

Pastor Matt and Kate Potts are the Generation180 (youth) and Switch (young adults) pastors at Church180. Matt also oversees Sunday service at the Newcastle Campus.

Assistant Pastors

Pastor Shannon and Rebecca are service pastors at the Lakeside congregation.  Shannon also oversees the media and marketing team and loves to witness the communication of the gospel from different and varied mediums.

Connect Groups

Clare leads all of our connect groups at Church180.  She would like nothing more than to connect you to a Lounge or Interest Group today.  From knitting to surfing to bible studies, there is a smorgasbord of choices for you to select from.

Worship

Geoff leads all areas of worship at Church180, overseeing the Sunday worship teams and coordinating the Generation180 and Switch bands.

New Christians

Amy leads the New Christians team at Church180 and is passionate about seeing people come into a relationship with Jesus, and feeling welcomed within His Church.

Pastoral Care & New People

Ps Garth leads the Pastoral Care arm for Church180, along with the New People Team, and is passionate about seeing people cared for in all aspects of Church life.

Office Manager & Kids180

Belinda is the Office Manager and PA to Pastor Phil and Lenore.  Belinda also leads Kids180 - our electric kids program over both campuses.

Events

Lilian is also responsible for coordinating all major events at Church180.

Clare is our phenomenal Missions Director with a heart that beats for local, national and international missions.
