Senior Pastors.

Phil and Lenore Camden are the Senior Pastors of Church180 with over 25 years experience in Christian ministry and church leadership. Phil and Lenore have been married for over 30 years. Phil is an excellent communicator and leader with an uncanny ability to connect and inspire.  Lenore loves the women of our church and her role in leading alongside her husband.

Assistant Pastors

Pastor Matt and Kate Potts are the Generation180 (youth) and Switch (young adults) pastors at Church180. Matt oversees Sunday service at the Newcastle Campus , Pastoral Care, Connect Groups, Kids180, and Equip College.

Assistant Pastors

Pastor Shannon and Rebecca are service pastors at the Lakeside congregation.  Shannon oversees Create180 – the media and marketing arm of Church180, New Christians, Operations, including "Helps", and New People.

Connect Groups

Clare leads all of our connect groups at Church180.  She would like nothing more than to connect you to a Lounge or Interest Group today.  From knitting to surfing to bible studies, there is a smorgasbord of choices for you to select from.

Worship

Geoff leads all areas of worship at Church180, overseeing the Sunday worship teams and coordinating the Generation180 and Switch bands.

New Christians & New People

Jenny leads the New Christians and New People teams at Church180 and is passionate about seeing people come into a relationship with Jesus, and feeling welcomed within His Church.

Pastoral Care

Ps Garth leads the Pastoral Care arm for Church180, and is passionate about seeing people cared for in all aspects of Church life.

Kids180 & Helps

Donna leads a great team of energetic hosts responsible for making you feel welcome every week – our “Helps” team is unsurpassed. Donna also leads Kids180 - our electric kids program over both campuses.

Office Manager and Events

Angela is the Office Manager and PA to Pastor Phil and Lenore.  Angela is also responsible for coordinating all major events at Church180.

Missions

Clare is our phenomenal Missions Director with a heart that beats for local, national and international missions.
