Senior Pastors.
Phil and Lenore Camden are the Lead Pastors of Church180 with over 30 years experience in Christian ministry and church leadership. Their passion is establishing and strengthening the local church so that it can become all that God intended. Phil is renowned for ministering the Word of God in a way that is God-breathed and relevant, bringing you revelation from God’s Word in a way that will build a platform for God’s best in all areas of your life.
In addition to his role at Church180, Phil is currently serving the Australian Christian Churches (ACC) as leader of the Hunter and New England districts and as a member of the ACC NSW State Executive. Phil also heads up B.I.G. a Business Integrity and Governance Conference that yearly impacts government and business leaders in Democratic Republic Congo and Kenya.
Assistant Pastors
Pastor Matt and Kate Potts are the Switch (young adults) pastors at Church180. Matt also oversees Sunday service at the Newcastle Campus.
Assistant Pastors
Shannon and Rebecca Riley are campus pastors at the Lakeside congregation. They also oversee Church180 Connect Groups.
New People
Daniel and Clare Smith head up our New People and would love to meet you for a coffee in our guest lounge if you are new to Church180.
Worship
Geoff Foster leads all areas of worship & production at Church180, overseeing the Sunday worship teams and coordinating the Generation180 and Switch bands.
Welcome Team
Donna Clair leads a great team of energetic hosts responsible for making you feel welcome every week – our welcome team is unsurpassed.
Focus
Hugh and Lauren Thomson lead – our ministry specifically for couples, families and the 30 plus crowd: Focus on what counts.
New Christians
Amy Lanham leads the New Christians team at Church180 and is passionate about seeing people come into a relationship with Jesus, and feeling welcomed within His Church.
Pastoral Care & Men bn Men
Garth Belford leads the Pastoral Care arm for Church180, and is passionate about seeing people cared for in all aspects of church life. Garth also oversees the men’s ministry as Church180 – Men bn Men.
Office Manager & Kids180
Belinda Allsopp is the executive assistant to Pastor Phil and Lenore and is the office manager at Church180. Belinda also leads Kids180 – our electric kids program over both campuses.
Events
Lilian Corcoran is responsible for coordinating every major event at Church180. Lilian also oversees all media and marketing at Church180.
Missions
Clare Rooney is our phenomenal missions director with a heart that beats for local, national and international missions.

Hamish is the youth pastor for Generation180 (G180 youth).
